• Order Process: By placing an order, you agree that all the information you provide is accurate and complete. Orders are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Payment: We accept online payments only. Payment must be received in full before we dispatch any items.
• Intellectual Property: All content on this website, including images, text, and design, is the property of Craft-Hive and is protected by copyright laws. Any intellectual property of a third party used on this website remains the intellectual property of that third party. Any use of third party intellectual property without the permission of that third party is unintentional. Unauthorised use of any material is prohibited.

2. Cancellation and Returns Policy

• Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. To cancel, please contact us at sales@craft-hive. After 2 hours, cancellations may not be possible as orders may have already been started to be processed.
• Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. We will refund the original standard cost of postage if paid when we originally dispatched the item. Customised or personalised items are non-returnable.
• Damaged Items: If an item is damaged please contact us by email within 7 days of delivery.  Although every effort will be made by Craft-Hive to rectify damaged goods we do not accept any responsibility for consequential loss of profit. 
  Any other provision contained in these Terms and Conditions Craft-Hive shall have no liability whatsoever whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage including but not limited to loss of income, loss of profits or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions, including such damages as may be reasonably foreseeable at the date hereof.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at sales@craft-hive.com with your order number and details of the product you wish to return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. The postage and packaging and any other associated costs of returning any product is the responsibility of the customer.
• Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned item provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. The original payment method will be used unless otherwise agreed upon.
   

3. Costs and Fees

• Standard Costs: All prices on our website are in £ Pounds Sterling and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. The total cost of your order, including shipping fees, will be displayed at checkout.
• Additional Costs: Some products may incur additional costs for customisation, gift wrapping, or expedited shipping. These costs will be clearly listed before you complete your purchase.
